APD Gathering 1st August 09

Boss last min held a gathering from 4pm!!! i was relaxing at home :p is utako come to look for me in facebook *i usually dun charge my hp on weekend* then only i got to know about today's event HA!

Sawada san's condo.. River Place right facing sg river~ I googled it and got to know this 3+1 unit cost about $8000 a month!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh he is only using 1 room and most of the time he is not in Singapore!!!


I missed out the Tennis and Swimming session.. i just reach in time to help up the Vietnamese cooking session chef by Uy san.. our Male Toyota Motor Viet expat manager..

Best view of the Condo.. not in the MBR but 1 of the common room.. Long full length window facing the river and Clarke quay... can even watch free movie from the big theater screen below *some car movie event* soooo cool!!!

Cooking Session.. everyone helping up.. boss is sibei rich.. he only shop in Mediya -_-! saw the prawn they bought.. 5pc for $6+! he basically shop without looking at price tag.. he even went to iwannagohome to get glasses for the night (i jumped when i saw each of them is tagged at $19!! and he bought like 8 of them + 1 super expensive European made pot) $$$$$$$$$ envy~

1st Aug is National Day Preview

Some of Uy san's dish! by the time we finished the whole table is filled!!! we got soo much food that we even have to tabao home~ Uy san food is very chinese hor? viet food is so chinese? or issit becoz he is Vietnamese chinese?

Famous Vietnamese rice roll fried popiah!! Superb crispy~ there is meat and vermicelli wrapped inside.. i tabao some home.. and Ino love it! he even question and ask if this is really made by a guy...

Water boiled Kang Kong.. to be dipped into special sauce (fish sauce + chili padi + special fried Vietnam garlic)

There is also radish prawn soup that goes well with rice~ YUM!!

We started off with champagne utako san brought.. then beer beer beer~ This is the very week of my 2.5 yr in TMAP i felt tt i am really working under Japanese... *yup,came home tipsy again.. 2nd time in the week* they really nvr eat rice, they take only processed wheat... also known as beer!! HAHA~ Only me, julia, uy and utako had rice~

Kondo san say he cannot do anything without beer -.- HAHA typical neh this is also the first time i get to know Fugiwara san~ he is really nice and very kind~ he even automatically helped us on washing... a NASG leh~ so nice!!! He mention he was married and with 3 kid.. eldest 10yr old.. when i ask wow u have bb at age of 25 he answered he got married at age of 22!! WOW even younger than me!!!

It's fun having this kinda multi cultural session.. my first time joinning.. the last few time i had something on.... Thanks to Uy san's effort... probably becoz this is the culture in TMV.. they always have this kinda gathering on weekend where colleague can even bring friends and family together~ :)
